In our pursuit of reducing the impact of our activities, in the past year we introduced two full electric trucks into our fleet and increased the EURO 6 vehicles.

- Zero emissions: These trucks produce no tailpipe emissions, significantly reducing our carbon footprint in urban and regional deliveries.
- Cutting-edge technology and high engine power of 490 kW
- Meets our customers’ demands for sustainable transportation
- Cost-effective operations on long-term: While the initial investment is very high, electric trucks have lower operating costs in terms of fuel and maintenance, contributing to long-term savings and sustainability.
- Quiet and efficient: Electric trucks are quieter than their diesel counterparts, reducing noise pollution and improving the quality of life in communities we serve.
However, we are also facing some challenges:
- High acquisition cost compared to diesel vehicles, and no government subsidies are available in Romania
- Limited range, between 250 and 300 km, depending on the load weight and route difficulty
- Underdeveloped public charging infrastructure
- Charging time varies depending on the type of station, ranging from 1 hour and 20 minutes up to 12 hours
Integration with Intermodal Transport
Integration is key in logistics, and our electric trucks have proven to be perfect for intermodal transport. By combining different modes of transport, we ensure smoother, faster, and more efficient delivery cycles. Our electric trucks play a pivotal role in this integrated approach, often used for the first and last mile of shipments.
